Here is how it works: Our ThinkGear™ technology monitors brainwaves and translates the analog information into a digital signal that can be output as commands to the device.

As a partner you can either bring a product directly to customers or market it in conjunction with NeuroSky. You can also use our online store as a quick and easy way to distribute your BCI applications.

Three primary types of partnerships are offered:

Form Factor Creation

Design your own product including a custom corresponding form factor (typically a headset) that utilizes our ThinkGear™ technology, (ie. Mattel MindFlex).

Partners who design their own headsets use the MindKit Pro, which enables them to work closely with the NeuroSky Research and Engineering Departments.

Resale

Purchase the NeuroSky MindSet for resale to bundle and distribute with your own BCI software applications.

For partners who are primarily interested in application development and prefer not to build their own stand-alone hardware, we offer the NeuroSky MindSet; enabling your customers to purchase the headset to use in conjunction with all of your applications. If the MindSet is part of the application solution and you have elected to resell the MindSet with your products, NeuroSky will provide the support and warranties for the MindSet to end-users.

NeuroSky Store

By utilizing our MindSet Development Tools (MDT), you can create a variety of applications that can be distributed through the NeuroSky Store.

The NeuroSky Store is an online platform that supports the distribution of BCI solutions made by NeuroSky partners, developers and researchers. With our technology you no longer have to be a neuro-scientist to make your products or applications mind-driven. The NeuroSky Store helps you distribute your solutions so that others may enjoy and benefit from your ingenuity.

For approval on the NeuroSky Store, the application must be developed with the MDT – now available for free. For additional public technical information, please visit the Developer’s section of our website.
